Kenmore East High School

A concerned witness sent this photo and states...

... employees from King Brothers Masonry dry cutting at the Kenmore East High School. As you can see one guy is definitely not wearing any protection and in one picture you will notice a worker from another company walking through the cloud of dust. There was no way to avoid it. The School might like to know that their own Employees were also working in this area removing lockers. The dust was also covering many peoples cars parked within yards of their cutting.

Franklinville Central School accident article

A recent article in the Franklinville Mercury Gazette...

Injury While Working on Capital Project at FCS

A mason working on the construction project at the Franklinville Central School fell and was seriously injured at approximately 11:50 AM on May 11, 2011. In a phone conversation with Al Lewis, project manager for the capital project at the school, Raffeale Dipardo was installing bricks on the high school when he stepped off the scaffolding and fell over 6 feet to the ground, sustaining a severe head injury. He was taken by Mercy Flight to ECMC in Buffalo where he required surgery and is presently in a medically induced coma. Mr. Dipardo lives in West Seneca and is an employee of King Brothers Masonry from North Java, NY.
